Smoothies

At A.G.M. Foods Pty. Ltd. all staff enjoy a smoothie at morning tea every day. Bananas are always the base fruit; use any other fresh fruit that is in season and enjoy!

 

Ingredients:

  • 200 mL Grainfields Liquid (B.E. Wholegrain, Lemon & Ginger or Dong Quai)
  • 1 Banana
  • Handful of Strawberries
  • 1 Kiwi fruit

 

Directions:

Pour liquid into blender, chop all fruit and add to liquid. Blend until thoroughly mixed, pour and enjoy. Any fruits can be used in this recipe. Add some of the Grainfields Powders for a meal replacement drink.
