Body Ecology for beginners - EASY, AFFORDABLE AND PRACTICAL!
Maria believes in simple-to-follow dietary guidance and health practices.
She holds live demonstrations on:
- fermented food preparation,
- detoxification,
- intestinal health,
- and seminars in the 'Principles of the Body Ecology Approach'.
She offers ways for restoring vitality, recovering immunity
and using low-cost natural remedies for all the family.
Maria believes diet, lifestyle and environmental factors influence our
body, mood and behaviour. As Dr Natasha Campbell McBride suggests 'a person's
digestive system may hold the key to their future'. For some people the
digestive system has become a source of toxicity rather than a source
of nourishment!
Maria integrates the 'Body Ecology Approach' along with very effective
modalities such as Bowen and Polarity therapy to allow the digestive system
to become a source of nourishment again, allowing the toxic fog to lift
as the digestion and immune system start to work again.
Maria is a Certified Body Ecologist based in Sydney, who runs a busy practise
using Hypnosis, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Time Line Therapy,
Polarity and Bowen Technique.

Nancy utilizes a holistic approach in treating the body. Inner Purity services include: colon hydrotherapy, Thai herbal ozone steam sauna and customized individual nutritional counselling sessions with goals of showing you how to restore and maintain the "inner ecology".
Nancy's qualifications include Bachelors Degree in Health and Wellness from the University of Florida and a degree in Nursing from Palm Beach Community College and a Masters Degree in Health and Wellness from Independence University of California.
Experience includes: twenty three years in the hospital setting with significant and recognized success in Nursing, Nursing Supervision and Alternative Medicine roles internationally... six and a half years of Body Ecology Diet & Mercury poisoning study...have worked in a variety of pressurized assignments providing specialized nursing care to patients in distress or system failure in ICU/CCU and Open Heart. Counselling of expectant mothers and labour and delivery ward experience. Additional experience includes a certain understanding of AyreVedic medicine and ancient Taoism practices. One example would be the invaluable Tao Chi Nei Tsang healing abdominal massage. Nancy has a massage therapist performing abdominal massage during the colon hydrotherapy session.
Throughout the past six years I have embarked on a journey to cure my own health issues. Drawing on my personal experience with candidiasis and mercury poisoning combined with the best of my western medicine background and alternative based practices I feel very qualified to help those in need. I started Inner Purity because of the passionate desire to share my knowledge.
